All about Group Subscriptions

IM News are excited to be able to offer group subscriptions. These new subscriptions are offered as either Friends and Family, Business Standard or Business Premium packages. Please refer to the individual products for details of what is included.

What is a Group Subscription?

A group subscription offers access to the same products as our other digital subscriptions, but gives you the opportunity to add additional people to your subscription. You control who has access, and each person will receive their own unique login code by email.

What Group Subscriptions Are Available?

Currently, we offer the following group subscriptions:

  • Friends & Family - this subscription allows you to add four additional subscribers to your account
  • Business Standard - perfect for small businesses, this subscription allows you to add four additional subscribers to your account for your employees or team members
  • Business Premium - perfect for larger businesses, this subscription allows you to add up to twenty additional subscribers to your account for your employees or team members

How Do I Add Group Members To My Subscription?

Once you have ordered your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your subscription, along with your unique login code. You can use this code to log in to the app, the digital editions and the premium websites.

This code will also allow you to log in to your subscriber account at Alternatively, you can also log in here using the username and password you created when placing your order.

Once logged in to your account, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ then select your subscription by clicking on it.

You will see under the ‘Subscription Bundle’ section a number of slots available to add your members to. Click on an empty slot and follow the instructions to add in a new member.

You’ll need to add in their email address as part of this process.

The new member will then receive an email with an activation link. Once their account has been activated, they’ll receive a confirmation of their subscription with their unique code number.

Can I Remove Group Members From My Subscription?

Yes. If you decide you want to remove a member from your subscription bundle, simply log in to your account at, click on ‘My Subscriptions’, select the subscription, then under the ‘Subscription Bundle’ section select the member you wish to remove, and click the ‘Remove’ button.

The member will receive an email confirming their subscription has ended, but they will be able to log in to their own account and purchase a subscription for themselves.
